The University of Gwadar and the Police Department of Gwadar have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the Mir Ahmad Bakhsh Lehri Auditorium. This partnership fosters collaboration between the two institutions to enhance community safety, research initiatives, and capacity building.

Prominent officials, including the Pro- Vice Chancellor of the University of Gwadar Prof Dr Syed Manzoor Ahmed, attended the signing ceremony, and the SSP Senior Superintendent of Police Gwadar Najeeb Ullah Pandarani. Both organizations expressed their commitment to working together to address local challenges and promote a safer environment for the community.

The MoU outlines several key areas of cooperation, including joint research projects, community outreach programs, and training workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of both students and police personnel.

The residents of Gwadar can also expect to benefit from this collaboration, as it paves the way for a safer and more informed community, in addition to the students and faculty of the University.
