The Department of Management Sciences at the University of Gwadar Campus plays a pivotal role in developing business leaders and fostering economic growth within the region. Established in 2017, the department offers a four-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with specialisations in Finance, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. Our accomplished faculty members have pursued advanced degrees from esteemed institutions both within Pakistan and internationally. Their expertise enables them to provide a comprehensive business education that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Beyond core academic curricula, the department places a strong emphasis on experiential learning. Students actively engage in organising business events, participating in competitive activities, completing internships at leading corporations, and visiting organisations to acquire practical skills. These opportunities equip students to address the intricate challenges prevalent in contemporary business environments.

Given the ongoing development projects, such as the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, there is an increasing demand for skilled management professionals within the region.
