VC UG Urges Effective Admission Campaign and Reviews Independence Day Preparations at the University of Gwadar.

An important educational and administrative meeting was held at the VC Secretariat, University of Gwadar, under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, in which the admissions for Fall 2025, commencement of the new semester, and preparations for the 14th August Independence Day celebrations were thoroughly reviewed. The meeting was attended by Registrar Dr. Dolat Khan, Controller of Examinations Prof. Dr. Rahim Mehr, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad, Dean Faculty of Science and Engineering Dr. Mohibullah Khan, Director Finance Rehmatullah, Director QEC Dr. Rabia Aslam, as well as Heads of Departments and the In-charge Admissions. Addressing the meeting, the Vice Chancellor emphasized that the Fall semester admissions should be completed in a transparent, timely, and student-friendly manner. He directed the concerned departments to ensure that all stages of the admission process are carried out in an organized way so that new students face no difficulties. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor also urged the faculty members to further strengthen and promote the admission campaign to ensure timely outreach to prospective students. Regarding the start of the new academic semester, the Vice Chancellor stressed maintaining academic discipline and timely preparation. He advised the faculty to ensure that teaching materials, schedules, and other preparations are completed in advance so that classes can commence on time. Preparations for the 14th August Independence Day celebrations were also discussed in the meeting. The Vice Chancellor instructed all departments to actively participate in the celebrations and organize activities that promote patriotism and national unity. Proposed events include a flag-hoisting ceremony, student speeches, national songs, and cultural programs.
