Introduction

The Office of Controller of Examinations University of Gwadar was established with the approval of the university ordinance in 2021. It plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of the university and it is considered the backbone of the university. The Office of the Controller of Examinations is working in compliance with the HEC and other relevant accreditation bodies. The Controller of Examinations Office deals in all matters related to examinations. This office ensures the necessary confidentiality of the record. It also ensures the issues related to examinations as per examination policies & academic rules & regulations. Any kind of ambiguity in this regard is clarified through the University Examination Committee and other statutory bodies.

Vision

To adopt the latest examination trends, and tools, including the E-Examination system to smoothen the journey towards “Quality and Excellence in Education” so that degrees, transcripts, verification of testimonial/academic records, and requisite information can be extracted as and when required, It will enable us to be compared and ranked with the top Universities.

Mission

To safeguard all the Examination records, including award lists, and student grades, issue Transcripts, Detail Marks Sheets, and Degrees to the Qualifier as per record, and facilitate students to get their testimonials. To act as the active ingredient to achieve “Quality and Excellence in Education”.
