We offer Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry, with a curriculum that balances theoretical foundations with practical, hands-on laboratory experience.

Laboratory Facilities

The Department of Chemistry at the University of Gwadar has state-of-the-art laboratory facilities to support teaching and research in diverse chemistry fields. Our labs are designed to provide hands-on training in analytical techniques, materials synthesis, environmental analysis, and polymer synthesis.

Our facilities include:

• Centrifuge and Rotary Evaporator for sample preparation and separation.
• UV-Vis Spectrophotometer and Polarimeter for analytical and optical measurements.
• Ostwald Viscometer and Conductometer for fluid and electrochemical studies.
• Vacuum Pump and Distilled Water Plant for chemical purification and sample preparation.
• Shakers, Water Bath, and Hot Plates for controlling chemical reactions.
• High-Temperature Furnace for material synthesis and thermal analysis.
• Analytical Balances and Freezing Point Apparatus for precision measurements.

These facilities enable our students and researchers to conduct advanced physical, inorganic, analytical, organic, and environmental chemistry experiments, nurturing innovation in nanomaterials, catalysis, green chemistry, and industrial applications.
