Prof. Dr. Syed Manzoor Ahmed, Pro Vice Chancellor of the University of Gwadar and Executive Director of Pak China Technical and Vocational Institute, Gwadar, was invited as a guest speaker at National Defence University Islamabad to deliver a Guest Speech on the Issues in the Political Economy of Underdevelopment in Balochistan: History Governor, Politics and Transition.
