Memorandum of Understanding signed between University of Gwadar, Virtual University

Gwadar : A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between University of Gwadar and Virtual University of Pakistan in Islamabad to promote Digiskills program in Balochistan.
Vice-Chancellor University of Gwadar EMER Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir and Director Virtual University of Pakistan Dr. Arshad Saleem Bhatti signed the Memorandum of Understanding. The Digiskills project for South Balochistan includes two more universities, University of Turbat and University of Engineering and Technology Khuzdar.
At the ceremony, the Honorable Vice Chancellors signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The MoU is to ensure cooperation between the two institutions to promote the Digiskills program for Balochistan students in the province.
The Virtual University will set up a computer lab of 100 computers at Gwadar University. Gwadar University will facilitate the youth of Gwadar to learn the techniques required to participate in the program and participate in online business development opportunities.
On the occasion, Vice Chancellor University of Gwadar Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir appreciated the role of Virtual University in providing quality education across the country. It is hoped that the MoU will open up opportunities for the youth of Gwadar to learn freelancing, online business and other technical skills through Digiskills courses taught by experts employed by virtual universities. This will be an important step in the development of Gwadar.
University of Turbat Vice Chancellor Prof.Dr. Jan Mohammad, Vice Chancellor Balochistan University of Engineering and Technology Khuzdar Prof. Dr. Ehsanullah Khan Kakar, CEO of Ignite Asim Shehryar Hussain , Registrar of University of Gwadar Dolat Khan and other university officials were present on the occasion.
