The University of Gwadar (UG) and Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, Lahore (HCC),   inked a Memorandum of Understanding.

The University of Gwadar (UG) and Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, Lahore (HCC),   inked a Memorandum of Understanding on 5th October 2023.

 Mr. Zain ul Abideen, Chairman  Department of Commerce at UG, signed the MoU on behalf of the university, solidifying the commitment to mutual growth and collaboration.

The primary objective of this MOU is to seek guidance and support from HCC in launching new academic programs at the University of Gwadar, with a particular focus on introducing a BS E-Commerce program.

Both institutions expressed their enthusiasm for enhancing cooperation in various educational and research domains. Hailey College of Commerce, University of Punjab, Lahore extended its full range of services to UG students and faculty, further cementing their partnership.

During the signing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Hafiz Zafar Ahmad, Principal of HCC, and his faculty members extended a warm welcome to Mr. Zain ul Abideen and presented him with souvenirs as a token of their appreciation. In response, the UG representative expressed gratitude to HCC and extended an open invitation to HCC students and faculty to visit the University of Gwadar.

This MOU marks a significant step towards strengthening educational ties and fostering academic excellence between UG and HCC.
