An interactive session on the topic "An overview of school education of District Gwadar"  was organized in the seminar Hall by the Department of Education, the University of Gwadar, on the 6th october 2022.

The interactive session was presided over by worthy Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, Vice Chancellor University of Gwadar, while Abdul Wahab Majeed DDEO Gwadar, prominent educationist and social media blogger, graced the session as guest speaker.

Registrar Dolat Khan, Chairperson Education department Mukhtar Bashir, faculty members, and students in large numbers attended the interactive session.

University of Gwadar Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, in his opening remarks, thanked the guest speaker for attending the session. He added that teachers are the most valued and respected pillars of our society and their contributions and services in developing an educated and civilized society are recognized globally.

Distinguished guest speaker Abdul Wahab Majeed said, "University of Gwadar was a dream which come true. he added “It is the era of wisdom, knowledge, and invention; those nations and societies can develop and progress that has command on technology and take invention and research on priority". The speakers shared views on developing the best teachers, educators and education managers as the leader to improve the quality of teacher's education; . He presented his power point presentation on school education of district Gwadar. 

 
Chairperson education department Mukhtar Bashir performed the responsibilities of moderator, on the occasion Chairperson said that "the educational revolution is the only harbor of hope; with the help of the classroom as a tool, we can change the country's future social, political, and economic landscape." He added that the power of an effective classroom is more than that of an atomic bomb. He further said classrooms are the womb of nations from where nations generate. He said nations are reflections of the classroom, so we must build classrooms with basic facilities, and trained, creative, critical, and innovative teachers.

The students of the Education Department actively participated in the session and were enchanted with fruitful questions during the session.
Registrar Dolat Khan also spoke at the occasion and termed the session beneficial for the faculty members and the students' University of Gwadar.

At the end of the session, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, VC UG, presented the university's commemorative shield to the distinguished guest.
