Vice Chancellor University of Gwadar Participates in High-Level Meeting Convened by Chairman HEC

The Chairman of the Higher Education Commission, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, convened an essential meeting of the Vice Chancellors of Balochistan's Public Sector Universities (PSUs) on April 4, 2025, in the BUITEMS Video Conference Room. The Vice Chancellors of all public sector universities, Secretary Colleges, and Higher Education Balochistan, Mr. Saleh Muhammad Baloch, attended the session.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, Vice Chancellor of the University of Gwadar, actively participated in the discussions. The agenda focused on the launch of a mandatory one-semester student exchange program between PSUs of Balochistan and other provinces, the role of higher education institutions amid the current security challenges, quality education parameters, financial issues, and other matters proposed by the participants.
The meeting concluded with a shared resolve to strengthen inter-university collaboration, uplift academic standards, and advance the higher education sector in Balochistan.
