The Vice-Chancellor University of Gwadar Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir (TI) represented the Honorable Governor Balochistan Chancellor Public Sector Universities in Balochistan Mir Jan Muhammad Jamali chaired the 4th Convocation of the Lasbela University of Agriculture Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS)at Uthal on 2nd March 2023.
