The Sahil Welfare Association Karachi has extended a generous contribution to support higher education in Gwadar by donating scholarships for 55 deserving female students of Gwadar University.

The Vice-Chancellor of Gwadar University Prof, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, received the first cheque worth 1.7 million PKR for the autumn semester from Danish Aman Sahib, the Director of the Sahil Welfare Association, which will be utilized to provide financial assistance to the girl's students in need. This initiative aims to empower talented female students who face financial challenges, enabling them to pursue their academic aspirations without hindrance.

Speaking on the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor expressed profound gratitude to the Sahil Welfare Association Karachi and its administration for their noble gesture and reaffirmed the university's commitment to nurturing future leaders of the region.

This donation underscores the importance of community support in fostering educational excellence and creating opportunities for the youth of Gwadar. On occasion, the commanding officer of the Pak Navy at Gwadar, Mr. Junaid Ali Mir, Registrar of the University of Gwadar Dolat Khan, Ubaid Ali, Director of Financial Aids, Muhammad Irshad PSO to the Vice Chancellor, was presented.
