The University of Gwadar organized a scholarship distribution program at the University of Gwadar on September 4th, 2023 in the main seminar hall of the University of Gwadar.

The program's chief guest was Brigadier Umar Umrani Commander 440 Brigade Gwadar, who handed over a cheque to Mr. Dolat Khan Registrar University of Gwadar for the deserving students of the University of Gwadar and also handed over a laptop for an excellent student of the UG.

The program was attended by Registrar UG Mr. Dolat Khan, Director ORIC Muhammad Irshad, Director IT Hafeez Ullah, Director Students Affairs Madam Sadia Naseer, Head of Departments, faculty members, UG Administrative staff, and students of UG.

Recipients of scholarships include students of the Department of Management Sciences, Commerce, Education and Computer Science, Chemistry, and English of Gwadar University.

Speaking on the occasion Brigadier Umar Umrani Commander 440 Brigade Gwadar congratulated all the deserving students who received scholarships. In his address, the honorable guest said that the priority of all students should be to serve the country and the province.

In his welcome speech, the Registrar University of Gwadar Dolat Khan thanked the Pak Army 440 Brigade Gwadar and especially GOC SSD Gwadar Major General Ahsan Kiyani, for taking a keen interest in the flourishing the university and extending unending support to set an environment.

He also presented tokens of appreciation to the distinguished guest.
