In a major step forward in the higher-education sector, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) has formally issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the University of Gwadar for launching an MS (Management Sciences) program. The programme is to begin officially in the spring semester of 2026. The HEC’s Quality Assurance Division granted the University of Gwadar formal permission to offer the MS (Management Sciences) programme in a notification. Qualified, experienced, and reputable faculty will supervise the program to ensure high standards of education, research, and innovation. The University of Gwadar’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, congratulated the Dean, Head of Department, and senior faculty of the Department of Management Sciences, saying that the launching of the MS programme in such a short period of three to four years is a remarkable achievement. He said that the approval reflects the university’s commitment to improving the quality of higher education, expanding the scope of postgraduate programmes, and increasing advanced educational opportunities for youth in the region. This development represents the forward direction of the University of Gwadar, which will play a significant role in promoting administrative and research education in Balochistan and across the country.
