The second Annual Sports Week 2025, including Beach Games, organized by Gwadar University and PCT&VI, concluded with a grand ceremony at the university’s seminar hall. The event highlighted the outstanding performances of students in various sports activities and awards were distributed.

The closing ceremony was presided over by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, while the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Director of PCT & VI, Prof. Dr. Syed Manzoor Ahmed, Controller of Examinations Rahim Bakhsh Mehr, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Jan Mohammad, Dean of Faculty of Science and Engineering Dr. Mohib Ullah, Sports Director Sagheer Naseem, Director Financial Aid Ubaid Ali, Heads of various departments, directors, faculty members, and students were also present.

Addressing the occasion, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir praised the efforts of students, faculty, and organizers, saying: "Considering the beautiful coastal beach of Gwadar, we have specially included Beach Games in our Annual Sports Week. This is a pioneering initiative in any educational institution in Pakistan, offering students of the University of Gwadar and students from other universities in the province a unique opportunity to play on the beach.

Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Syed Manzoor Ahmed emphasized the importance of extracurricular activities and appreciated the performance of the participants.

In his welcome speech, the Sports Director thanked the Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Public Relations Officer, faculty, administration, and students for their active participation and cooperation. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of awards, shields, cups, and certificates.
