The prestigious ceremony for the distribution of the Chinese Ambassador’s Scholarships marked an important milestone in empowering Balochistan’s youth by providing them with access to modern education. Governor of Balochistan, Shaikh Jafar Khan Mandokhel, expressed his gratitude to the Chinese government and ambassador for offering scholarships to the region’s students. Governor Mandokhel emphasized that the cooperation between Pakistan and China plays a crucial role in advancing educational opportunities. He also stressed the importance of increasing the number of scholarships to allow more students to benefit from this program. In a video message, the Chinese ambassador acknowledged the efforts of the Governor of Balochistan in ensuring the province’s youth have access to modern education. The event was also attended by key figures, including vice-chancellors from various universities, such as Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, Vice Chancellor of the University of Gwadar, illustrating the collective support for educational development. This scholarship program recognizes the untapped potential of Balochistan’s youth, who, with proper support, can excel in various fields. Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Gwadar thanked the Chinese Ambassador for providing 4 million rupees to support talented and needy students at the University of Gwadar.
