Mr. Passand Khan Buledi, Chairman of the Gwadar Port Authority (GPA), and Dr. Manzoor Ahmed, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Gwadar and Executive Director of PCTVI, represented Pakistan at the prestigious World Technical and Vocational Education Development Conference held in Tianjin, China, on November 21-22, 2024.
